Made these the other night and had to share. If you love a classic cocktail, treat yourself and try this:

The Bijou Cocktail
1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce green Chartreuse
1 dash of orange bitters
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry and a lemon twist.
